Summary
[edit]DescriptionSymphyotrichum eulae range.png |
English: This is a county map of east central Texas, USA, showing the range of Symphyotrichum eulae (Eulae's aster, Texas aster) as described by Lloyd Herbert Shinners. Darker green shaded counties were in Shinners' 1950 protologue of Aster eulae (Shinners, L.H. (1 January 1950). "Notes on Texas Compositae – V" Field & Laboratory; University Park, Texas: Southern Methodist University, 18 (1): 32–42). Lighter green shaded counties are within the area bounded by Shinners' counties. Some of the lighter shaded counties may have documented specimens at various herbaria, listed on the TORCH website and/or the GBIF website. Others may simply fall within the range. Map modified from the drawing on the USDA PLANTS database page for the species on 27 October 2022 by Eewilson. |
