Circa 1939. Together with tape recorder Tonschreiber B, it was a basic radio transmitter set of the regimental link of control. Transmitter power 2 watts, frequency band 85 - 120.0 meters (2.5 to 3.5 MHz). Its frequency range corresponded with Red Army radio sets. (RAF, RB, RSB etc.) Therefore in combination with the multifunction tape unit it was suited for radio intelligence and spreading of disinformation. The red warning label reads, "The enemy is listening!" Military History Museum of Artillery, Engineers and Signal Corps, Saint Petersburg. Note: This source [1] says the TFuG.k frequency range is Sender: 4.5 - 6.67 MHz. Empfänger (receiver): 3 - 6.67 MHz. This agrees with the markings on the unit's two dials. Power output was 0.7 W.Deutsch: Deutsche Funkstation Tornisterfunkgerät K (TFuG K).
Ca. 1939.
