Summary
Like its neighbor (No. 16), it is a house type Louis XIV (basement and frame stone bays while the spandrels and entablements are brushed brick).
Unlike No. 16, the typology of the ground floor remained intact. The stone and brick facade covered with whitewash has three bays and two levels separated by drip-cords through anchors, limiting the amounts of common bays on both levels. The thresholds of the bays of the floor have been redone projecting. Carved cartouches adorn the lofts of the first floor, referring to the ancient function of the building. It must have been a bakery. The whole is covered with a roof with rump front in tiles pierced with a skylight in saddle.
