Nach § 22 KunstUrhG kann das Recht am eigenen Bild bis zu zehn Jahre nach dem Tod einer Person gelten. Die Einsicht in personenbezogene Unterlagen unterliegt der archivischen Sperrfrist, die in der Regel zwischen 10 und 30 Jahren beträgt. Nicht bekannt ist uns der Urheber des Fotos. Wir nehmen aber an, dass die gesetzliche Frist von 50 Jahren für Passfotos für dieses Motiv nicht mehr greift." |
