Description
English: Photograph of Anandibai Joshee (left) from India, Kei Okami (center) from Japan, and Sabat M. Islambouli (right) from Ottoman Syria, students from the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania. All three were the first woman from their respective countries to obtain a degree in Western medicine from a Western university.
العربية: صورةٌ لأنانديباي غوشي (يسار) من الهند، وكي أوكامي (وسط) من اليابان، وثبات إسلامبولي (يمين) من سوريا العثمانية، وجميعهنَّ طالباتٍ في كلية الطب النسائية في بنسلفانيا. كل منهن قد أكملت تعليمها بالكلية وأصبحت أول فتاة في بلادها تحصل على شهادةٍ في الطب الغربي من جامعةٍ غربيةٍ.
