Портрет студийный погрудный 3/4 вправо. Татьяна в возрасте около 10 лет, волосы до плеч, челка прямая, одета в темное платье с белым кружевным воротником-пелериной. Фотография наклеена на на бланк фирмы. На лицевой стороне бланка на поле под фотографией надпись типографским способом: "И.Дьяговченко в Москве. Кузнецкий мост дом № 11."
