Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Tavuk fırın, fırın tavuk or fırında tavuk, all refer to chicken made in the oven, although sometimes it may have been made over the fire, but in a certain manner, in the Turkish cuisine. This one that I ate at an "esnaf lokantası" (market restaurant for the working class) is a good example of this kind of chicken made at a bakery oven that some of these restaurants happen to have. (They are generally small and cannot afford room to have that kind of oven.)
