English: The World Dwarf Games (WDG) are a multi-sport event for athletes of short stature. Held every four years since 1993, the WDG is the world's largest sporting event exclusively for athletes with skeletal dysplasia. Many Paralympians with growth disorders begin their sports careers here.
Nederlands: De Wereldspelen voor kleine mensen (World Dwarf Games - WDG) zijn een multi-sportevenement voor atleten van kleine gestalte. De WDG worden om de vier jaar gehouden sinds 1993 en zijn 's werelds grootste sportevenement exclusief voor atleten met skeletdysplasie. Veel paralympiers met een groeistoornis beginnen hier hun sportcarrière. |
