Description
Italiano: Tecniche di manipolazione ottica dei neuroni, da sinistra verso destra: ChR: agitazionecon luce blu (480 nm) delle Channelrhodopsins (ChR) porta all’apertura del canale e all’afflusso di Na+.L’afflusso di ioni sodio porta alla depolarizzazione e provoca attivazione neurale. HR: le alorodopsine (HR)sono attivate dalla luce gialla (570 nm). I canali aperti permettono agli ioni cloruro di entrare nella cellula,portando all’iperpolarizzazione e quindi all’inibizione della formazione del potenziale d’azione. Opto-XR:le rodopsine animali (verde chiaro) sono la parte sensibile alla luce di questi costrutti. I loop intracellulari(verde scuro) sono sostituiti da sequenze di segnalazione dei percorsi bersaglio. L’eccitazione dell’Opto-XRporta all’alterazione della trasduzione del segnale e quindi influenza le risposte e il metabolismo dellecellule. Irradiazione IR: L’irradiazione cellulare con impulsi laser infrarossi induce gradienti termici localie provoca l’attivazione neurale.
