Summary[edit]

Description
English: GOES-16 satellite image taken at approximately 18:00 UTC on March 1, 2024, showing burn scars associated with large wildfires in the Texas Panhandle. The satellite imagery was generated by compositing using the "GeoColor" and "Red Visible" satellite products available at NASA Worldview. Fire perimeter data from the National Interagency Fire Center. State boundaries provided by the US Census. These datasets were combined using QGIS.
