English: The famous Thakuravdara temple is located in Shiva Mandir Tol, Ward No. 1 of Taulihawa, the district headquarters of Kapilbastu. This temple is close to the ancient temple of Tamreshwar Mahadev. In the sanctum sanctorum of this temple, which is under the shadow of a big peepal tree (hindu holy tree), there are Lord Rama, Janaki, Laxman, Ganesh God, Lakshmi God and Panchamukhi Hanuman. According to the priests of the temple, this temple is about 150 years old and Pandit Mahadev Acharya was the first priest of this temple. Currently, the priest of this temple is Shravan Kumar Mishra. This temple is located in a very wide area and is very attractive. There is even a temple of Hanuman under a big Pipal tree in front of the temple.
