Description

The (old) District Court House, Haifa. The building served as District Court House in the years 1932-2003. Designed by Austin Harisson, Chief architect of public works in the Mandatory Government. He gave it a formal character woth an impressive aeched entrance and spacious halls. Today it is the State Comptroller office in Haifa, Israel. In Hasan Shukri St. 12

בית המשפט המחוזי הישן. המבנה שימש כבית המשפט המחוזי בשנים 2003-1932. תוכנן על ידי אוסטן הריסון, האדריכל הראשי של מחלקת העבודות הציבוריות של ממשלת המנדט. הפתח המקומר המרשים ואולמות רחבי הידיים שיוו לבנין צביון רשמי. בשנת 2010 הושלמו עבודות השימור של המבנה. והוא אוכלס על ידי משרד מבקר המדינה בחיפה. המנה שוכן בשכונת הדר רחוב חסן שוקרי 12 ליד מבנה עיריית חיפה
