Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description During WWI troops on their way to the Railway Station from the now-demolished King Edward Barracks crossed the River Avon at this point. After the war the bridge they used was replaced by this, the Bridge of Remembrance. It now commemorates the dead in all wars of troops of the province of Canterbury.
