English: The Great American Dog Prince, brought to England by his proprietor Mr Francis Butler of New York on Thursday week. Prince was born in Pennsylvania and ia barely a year old, and far from fully developed. Heightː 37 inches, length 7 ft 9 inches, girth of body 41 inches, girth of fore leg 13 inches, girth of neck 25 inches, weight over 200 ils. He is valued at 250 guineas.
