Description
English: The Palm Oil process of production differs in different areas in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. The process sees the harvester with his long sickle rope and a machete which he uses to cut down the fruits in a more organized way in other not to affect the palm tree for the next season bearing of fruits and harvesting. Now the fruits that are been produced are known as fresh fruit bunchers, the the process of breaking the buncher's care also has to be in place in order not to damage the fruits which in turn affects the oil production.
