English: The Wikipedia defined the word monument as a type of three -dimensional—structure that was explicitly created to commemorate a person or event, or which has become relevant to a social group as a part of their remembrance of historic times or cultural heritage, due to its artistic, historical, political, technical or architectural importance.
This photo shows a not typical monument but the a Philippine Flag. This thing shows the bravery of each Filipinos, and shows that no matter what happen in our country, we will still rise. For me, the Philippine Flag is the most important structure or monument that was made in our country because this thing not only show a majestic or a picturesque view but also shows how Filipinos fought for our country and the unity of all Filipinos. |
