Description

Newcomen Terrace, Redcar. Originally built as part of the pier in 1873, it was converted into the Pavilion Theatre in 1928. From 1946 was used as a dance hall before re-opening as

the Regent Cinema in 1965. It was closed in 2018 due to structural issues and is scheduled for demolition.
