The Monitor Javary, sunk off Fort Villegaignon on November 22 by a shell from a Government fort.

The Tiradentes, now at Monte Video, and presented from leaving by the Republica.

The Republica, Rebel cruiser, now off Monte Video watching the Tiradentes.

Fort Villegaignon, in possession of the rebel forces: the sinking vessel is the monitor "Javary".
