Title |
The Town Crier, v.10, no.36, Sep. 4, 1915 |
||||||||||||||||||||
Description |
Page 1 features painting by Paul Gustin. Page 3 article "The Volunteer Spirit" discusses the need for the American Lake Practice Camp located at the present day site of Camp Lewis. Page 15 article "Women and Peace" discusses implications of national suffrage. Picture of Neitro's Sanitarium (operated by Dr. Albert W. Neitro). This is probably the building at 4519 14th Avenue NE (later University Way NE), Seattle given in Polk's Medical Register and Directory of the United States and Canada, 1917. Neitro successfully patented at least one medical device (electrotherapeutical apparatus patented 1913) but would probably now be considered a quack. |
