| Description |
Shocked and appalled at what someone drew on my Hoady-woad. Written in tar, this was believed to have been done on the evening of Tuesday 14 October 2008. The next day, at around 2.30 pm, the po-po received a call (999), and all units were rushed to the top where they promptly had a picnic. Comments at my Sixth Form ranged from "find whoever did it" to "give him a good kicking". In truth, this is almost definitely not racially motivated. Ulverston is conservative, but nothing more; it is a quaint, pleasant town. There isn't even enough diversity for there to be racial tensions: 99.3% of the population in the (administrative) county of Cumbria are white, and it holds true here pretty much.
