Summary[edit]

Description Looking from Kosciuszko Lookout down towards Thredbo. The elevation of the lookout is 2000m or 6,560 feet above sea level - well above the treeline. Note the raised metal-mesh walkway which was constructed so that walkers don't injure the fragile alpine vegetation (which due to the cold temperatures takes a very long time to recover from any damage)
