Español: En Chile, es tradicional celebrar el fin de la obra gruesa de una construcción con un asado junto a todo el personal. En los años 30 ya existía esa tradición, pero es probable que las condiciones económicas de esos años, hayan permitido un té algo más austero de lo que vemos hoy día.
English: In Chile, it is traditional to celebrate the end of the heavy work of a construction with a barbecue with all the staff. That tradition already existed in the 1930s, but it is likely that the economic conditions of those years allowed for a slightly more austere tea than what we see today. |

Las fechas indicadas son aproximadas ya que las fotos no contaban con esos datos.
