Summary

[edit]
Description

A photograph from Big Jim Larkin's family collection showing a group of workers marching down a wet and dismal street! Big Jim is reputed to have had great charisma to go with his passion for the rights of workers, and he appears to have managed to get them to come out despite the weather. The dress of the workers is typical of the earlier days of the last century, the peaked caps, the belted gaberdine coats, and the fact that all of the workers marching are men! The times they were a-changing!
