English: The complete Bivalvia shell of the species Tivela zonaria (Lamarck, 1818), the ventricose tivela; during the 20th century called Tivela ventricosa (Gray, 1838)[1]; from the shallow sandy areas of the tropical and subtropical West Atlantic. Specimen collected in Praia Grande, São Paulo, Brazil (January 1, 2018). Photograph with edited ​details.
