Summary[edit]

Description
English: The San Gabriel Mountains (left), the Interstate 15 leading northeast through Cajon Pass (center) to Victorville, and parts of the San Gorgonio Mountains (right). Computer generated 3D view, North is up. The snowcap, like the 3D view, is a computer generated effect: the whiteness is calculated depending on elevation, slope, slope orientation, and curvature of the terrain. Elevation data: National Elevation Dataset; map (texture) data: © OpenStreetMap; 2D rendering (map layout) © Andy Allan, thunderforest.com. 3D rendering and snow cover software: TruFlite
