Description
English: Size diagram of the Late Triassic turtle Proterochersis. Shape of shell based on diagram from 2018 study by Szczygielski​, Słowiak and Dróżdż,[1] size based on the shell of the Proterochersis porebensis holotype ZPAL V.39/48 (shell length = 48 cm. Head, neck, tail and most of the limbs are speculative).[2] The larger silhouette on the left are based on the estimated maximum size of Proterochersis (estimated shell length = 80 cm.).[1]
