English: Title: Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Columbia, the capital city of South Carolina. It is the first Episcopal, and the oldest surviving, sanctuary in Columbia. The Gothic Revival church that is modeled after York Minster in York, England. Designed by Edward Brickell White, the building was completed in 1845. In 1976, the Diocese of Upper South Carolina voted to make Trinity Church its cathedral for Upper South Carolina.
