Description
Deutsch: Das Pöppelschetal, ein Trockental am Haarstrang, im “Espenwald“ in Anröchte/Kreis Soest, ist seit 1983 ein Naturschutzgebiet. Das Erosionstal im Kalkstein des Haarstrangs wird auch Schledden genannt. Der Bachlauf der Pöppelsche führt meist nur im Winter Wasser und fällt oberirdisch im Sommer meist trocken, kann jedoch auch zum reißenden Flüsschen werden. Das Pöppelschtal ist heute ein besonderer Rückzugsort für viele bedrohte Arten.
