Zvonice pochází z roku 1690 a nachází se na kopci v těsné blízkosti kostela v horní části obce Trstěnice. Pravděpodobně v roce 1900 byla vyměněna celá dřevěná vazba a střecha firmou Čáp z Litomyšle. V roce 1961 byla provedena oprava střechy a v roce 1997 postaveno lešení až po samý vrcholek věže a provedena oprava fasády, dřevěného bednění a šindelů na střeše.
