English: Postcard showing the scuttled German tug Diomedes, and a barge at Zeebrugge, note that the caption is entirely incorrect. This scene taken after the Armistice of 11 November 1918. SS DIOMEDES, built 1899 by H.C. Stülcken Sohn, Hamburg (yn.162). 189 grt. Dim. 29,69 x 6,28 x 4,04 m. Comp. 3 cyl. steam engine from yard, 450 ihp (08/10): Kaiserliche Marine (15/10) scuttled by own German crew at Zeebrugge.[1]
