Description
English: The American flag at Union City High School in Union City, New Jersey. The flag is mounted in the school's Senior Courtyard (the entrance to which can be seen in the bottom center of the photo), and when raised on windy days, overlooks the school's third floor, rooftop athletic field. Here it is seen outside a fourth floor classroom.


Many thanks to Mayor Brian P. Stack, Superintendent of Schools Stanley Sanger, and Director of Facilities Frank Acinapura for arranging my private tours of the school, and to Head of Security Joey Orefice for conducting them personally.
