Stauffer of Searsport, Maine, a Headquarters Battalion platoon sergeant with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, II Marine Expeditionary Force, clears storm debris from St. Vincent Home for Children grounds, Aug . 7. High winds thrashed the home's grounds during recent storms in the St. Louis area. The CBIRF Marines and sailors were in St. Louis supporting a large-scale civilian exercise, testing the county's first responders to disaster situations.
