Description
English: The former U.S. Navy attack transport USS Brookings (APA-140) aground on Isla Cabras at the U.S. Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. Brookings was blown ashore Hurricane Hugo on 15 September 1989, prior to being sunk as a target.
Note that Isla Cabras was used to launch target drones with the launchpads visible in the foreground.
