English: The U.S. Navy attack transport USS Crittenden (APA-77) off southern California (USA) on 5 October 1948 shortly before being sunk in the "Demon 11" maneuvers there. Damaged in the Bikini atomic bomb tests, she was taken to San Francisco for study and then disposed of as a target.
