Description
English: The U.S. Navy attack cargo ship USS Pamina (AKA-34) arriving at San Francisco, California (USA), in late 1945 or early 1946 at the end of a Magic Carpet voyage bringing servicemen home from the western Pacific. Shortly thereafter, Pamina was reclassified as a survey ship and renamed USS Tanner (AGS-15) on 15 May 1946.
