Description
English: The guided-missile frigate USS Reuben James (FFG 57) arrives in Brunei during the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training exercise between the U.S. Navy and Royal Brunei armed forces. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei and Timor Leste that takes place annually.
