English: This is an example of a clockwork. Further photos show also the partly disassembled clockwork. The clockwork shows some defects and some tiny parts are missing. One missing part is painted in red.
WARNING: Do not disassemble clockworks by yourself, unless you do not know how take the necessary precautions. Disassembly of a clockwork without such precautions may cause serious injury of you or other persons. You may also detroy the clock when not being especially trained. These pictures are not presented here to inspire you for disassembly, but to give you the insights without having to disassemble a clockwork by yourself!
Deutsch: Beispiel eines Uhrwerkes mit Federzug und Schlossscheibenschlagwerk. Das Uhrwerk hat mehrere Defekte im Schlagwerk (Herzscheibe fehlt (hier in roter Farbe eingezeichnet, Zugfeder gebrochen, Anlaufstift abgebrochen, Windfangtrieb beschädigt). Weitere Fotos zu diesem Uhrwerk zeigen das Uhrwerk zerlegt. Hier sind nur die Teile des Schlagwerkes eingesetzt.
VORSICHT: Zerlegen Sie kein Uhrwerk selbst, wenn Sie nicht die erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen kennen. Sie können sich oder andere Personen schwer verletzen. Sie können das Uhrwerk zerstören, wenn Sie mit den Arbeitsschritten nicht vertraut sind.
