Description
Deutsch: Inschrift dieses Schildes auf dem Nordfriedhof in Leipzig: "Die hier bestatteten Gebeine wurden im April 2005 bei Bauarbeiten für den Neuverlauf des Elstermühlgrabens am Ranstädter Steinweg gefunden. Sie stammen vermutlich vom Friedhof der um 1200 gegründeten der Jacobsparochie, der 1544 säkularisiert wurde."
