Français : Diagnostic original : Petits fibromyomes intra-muraux. Érosion du col. Métastases ovariennes bilatérales d'un épithélioma mammaire. Kyste résiduel de corps jaune à l'ovaire gauche. Diagnostic actualisé : Métastases ovariennes d'un cancer du sein et léiomyomes utérins. Description macroscopie : Ovaires augmentés de volume, bosselés, renfermant de nombreux nodules blanchâtres et fermes. L'utérus renferme également des nodules fermes d'aspect fasciculés. Description microscopie : Les ovaires sont remplacés par un carcinome métastatique indifférencié vraisemblablement d'origine mammaire. L'utérus renferme des léiomyomes. Année du prélèvement : 1948
