Summary[edit]

Description
Deutsch: Pulverturm in Vaihingen an der Enz. Der mit bis zu 3 m dicken Mauern erbaute Turm war Eckturm der Stadtbefestigung. In ihm wurden die städtischen Vorräte an Schießpulver gelagert. Der Pulverturm wurde auf Kosten der Familien Gremp und Aschmann 1492 erbaut. Von 1819 bis 1844 wurde er als Kriminalgefängnis genutzt.
