Français : Ces courbes montrent les variations de la fréquence cardiaque (variabilité cardiaque) dans 2 situations. Le tracé permet d’accéder à quelques informations : la fréquence moyenne (pouls) est proche de 70 bpm (battements par minute) dans les 2 cas ; la variabilité est moyenne (65-75 bpm) dans le 1er tracé et élevée (60-80 bpm) ensuite ; enfin, dans la 2è période la fréquence varie beaucoup plus régulièrement dévoilant un état de cohérence cardiaque. Dans la pratique, les logiciels de mesures font des analyses mathématiques précises (statistiques ou fréquentielles) pour délivrer plus d'informations. En particulier, les analyses fréquentielles permettent d’accéder à l’équilibre entre les systèmes nerveux sympathique (SNS) et parasympathique (SNP), la prédominance de ce dernier étant un signe de bonne santé.


English: These curves show variations in heart rate (cardiac variability) in 2 situations. The trace provides some information: the average frequency (pulse) is close to 70 bpm (beats per minute) in both cases ; variability is average (65-75 bpm) in the first layout and high (60-80 bpm) thereafter ; finally, in the 2nd period, frequency varies much more regularly, revealing a state of cardiac coherence. In practice, measurement software performs precise mathematical analyses (statistical or frequency) to deliver more information. In particular, frequency analysis provides access to the balance between the sympathetic (SNS) and parasympathetic (SNP) nervous systems, the predominance of the latter being a sign of good health.
