Description
Deutsch: Schemazeichnung der Verankerung der Hautzellen an der Cutis. Hemidesmosomen in der Membran von Basalzellen verbinden sich über alpha-6 beta-4-Integrin mit Laminin 332. Die Verbindung wird durch Collagen Typ XVII zusätzlich verstärkt. Laminin 332 wird durch Schleifen von Collagen Typ VII mit den Collagenfasen der Cutis vom Typ I und III verbunden. Genetische Defekte können zu blasenbildenden Erkrankungen (Pemphigus) führen. In Anlehnung an
