Description
English: Verdens Ende at the southernmost tip of the island of Tjøme in Vestfold, Norway. To the left is Færder National Park visitors' centre (besøkssenter), in the middle a reconstructed bascule light or tipping lantern (vippefyr). View of Oslofjorden towards Skagerak. Also seen is breakwater ("molo"), port ("gjestehavn, fiskerihavn"), "bryggepromenade", etc. Warm evening light and long shadows due to the sunset.

Verdens Ende recreational area is a part of the Færder National Park, a large section of outer Oslofjorden; it covers 340 square kilometres of mainland, islands, skerries and sea bed in the municipality of Færder.
