| Description |
Nederlands: Verdronkenoord 121, hoek Kapelsteeg 2, de behang- en verfwinkel van Groothuizen, voor de restauratie rond 1978. Voorgevel en zijgevel. Klokgevel, puilijst, muurankers, schuiframen. Rijksmonument. Het pand bestaat eigenlijk uit drie panden, Verdronkenoord 121-Noord uit 1752, daarachter Verdronkenoord 121-Zuid uit rond 1600 en Kapelsteeg 2A uit eind 19e eeuw. Er zitten zelfs middeleeuwse resten in het pand. In 1864 werd in dit pand de fa. Kluitman opgericht, sinds 1902 de drukkerij van Piet Kluitman. Sinds 1930 van de fam. Groothuizen, die het rond 1978 liet restaureren. In 2018 verbouwd en gerestaureerd voor het Aloha Café, dat in het voorste deel komt. Kapelsteeg 2 blijft winkel.
