A 1 °C drop in temperature as (much) sodium chloride is added to water

DescriptionVersuch Lösungskühle (NaCl).jpg	Deutsch: 100 Milliliter Wasser und genau 20 Gramm reines Kochsalz (NaCl) waren zu Beginn des Versuchs beide auf Raumtemperatur (17 °C). Dann wurde das Kochsalz mit einem dünnen Schaschlikstab rührend im Wasser aufgelöst. Man erkennt auf dem Photo die milchige Färbung. Das Bild entstand kurz nach dem Beginn des Lösungsvorgangs. Das Thermometer zeigt etwas weniger als 17 °C an. Die Abkühlung war noch nicht abgeschlossen. Nach bereits wenigen Sekunden zeigte das Thermometer (Petroleum) deutlich erkennbar einen Temperaturrückgang von etwa 1 °C an. Das Glas fühlte sich sehr deutlich spürbar kühler an als vorher. Der Versuch wurde eigenständig von einer Schülerin der Klasse 6 durchgeführt. Das Bild entstand in der Mathe-AC Lernwerkstatt in Aachen.
