Description
Nederlands: Gezicht op de door het Duitse bombardement van begin mei 1940 getroffen Oostplein, met links de Marinierskazerne en de Nieuwehaven. Op de achtergrond staat de hoge molen de Noord aan het Oostplein en restanten van huizen en gebouwen. Als gevolg van dit bombardement is het centrum van de stad grotendeels verwoest.
