Description La vicuña (Vicugna vicugna), —del quechua wik'uña— es un camélido sudamericano de la tribu lamini que vive en el altiplano andino sudamericano, en los actuales territorios del sur del Perú, parte de Bolivia, norte de Chile y noroeste de Argentina. La principal población de este camélido sudamericano, se encuentra en el Perú.
