Description
English: TEM micrograph of the Blf4 siphovirus (species ''Flagovirus limi). Virion attachment to cell appendage (arrows), presumably flagellum. Blf4 contains a hexagonal head (approximately 60 nm in diameter) and a non-contractile tail (approximately 125 nm in length and 10 nm wide). The sample was negatively stained with uranyl acetate (bar = 100 nm).
