Description
Français : Vitrail du fond de l'abside de l'église de Saint-Pierre d'Allevard. Autrefois la partie basse était masquée par un imposant maître-autel en marbre blanc, il n'est entièrement visible que depuis l'aménagement du chœur de 1996. Créé par l'Atelier Bessac, maître-verrier de Grenoble (signature en bas à gauche), installé en 1934 (date et lieu en bas à droite) il représente, dans le tiers bas un bouquet de roses stylisées dans style Art déco et au dessus, la sainte famille dans l'atelier de Joseph : Marie, assise à gauche et Joseph debout, appuyé sur son outil, ont cessé leur activité, suspendus aux lèvres de Jésus, assis en face de sa mère.
