Description A vocabulary display illustrating animals bred or hunted for meat. J & K are the young, L & M collective designations for the sub-collection framed in the same colour as the letter. Where there is a different designation (of French origin) the word for the meat is listed after the slash, the word for the animals in front. (A: chicken, B: turkey, C: sheep/mutton, D: duck, E: pheasant, F: pig/pork, G: deer/venison, H: boar, I: cow/beef, J: lamb, K: calf/veal, L: birds/poultry , M: game)
